COVID Update
Our top priority is the health and safety of our patients, staff, and physicians. Following the province’s guidelines, we ask that if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 that you do not attend your appointment. Upon entering the clinic you will need to be wearing a mask and your temperature will be recorded.
Appointment Policy
In order to reduce wait times, we kindly ask patients to be punctual with scheduled appointments. Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment so we may do our best to accommodate other patients. Upon your second missed appointment without notice, there will be a $35 no-show charge. Cancellation less than 24 hours for joint-injection consults, joint injection procedures and vasectomies there is a $50 fee. Vasectomies cancelled less than 1 week from the scheduled appointment the patient will be charged a $100 fee. Thank you and we appreciate your understanding of our workplace policy.
Harassment Policy
The safety and wellbeing of all staff and patients is our top priority and we are committed to a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment. Unwelcome behavior can include actions or comments that demean, offend, embarrass or isolate such as: (1) Ridiculing, taunting, belittling, humiliating or insulting someone (2) Unwelcome sexual flirtation or advances and (3) Refusing treatment from a healthcare provider because of race, religion, or accent.

Dr. Alexander Adeyemi is a family physician from the United Kingdom, where he obtained his postgraduate qualification in family medicine after completing his undergraduate medical studies with first class honours. He has also obtained certification in family medicine (CCFP) from the college of family physicians of Canada and is fully licenced by the Medical Council of Canada. He holds a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (United Kingdom) and an MBA (Hons.) as well. He speaks English fluently and is also able to communicate effectively in Russian, Yoruba, and some Ukrainian. He is currently accepting new patients.
